Mango Chia Seed Breakfast Pot

Mango chia seed pot

My take on @pretamangeruk ‘s vegan Mango chia seed pot.  My version is lacto vegetarian but can be made vegan if desired. A great mid morning snack at work or breakfast on the go. It’s really simple to make and its really filling!

Step 1:

In a small container add a small layer of granola or Special K.

Step 2:

Add a layer of Greek style yoghurt (or vegan alternative) with honey to sweeten.

Step 3:

Add some chopped bananas , mangos & pomegranates

Step 4:

Finally, add 2 tablespoons of soaked chia seeds. (Soak chia seeds in milk overnight in the ratio of 3 tablespoons: 1 cup milk (or vegan alternative))
